Pajzos Tokaji Icewine 2003
Wine description
“This icewine has an intriguing bouquet of beeswax and dried quince, mixed with wet wool scents like a mature Chenin Blanc. The palate is sweet and rounded on the entry. It is quite feminine with honey, rosewater, fig and a touch of nougat, with a nicely composed viscous finish that gently glides away. Fine.” Neil Martin, 90 points (2013)

We recommend this wine with cheese and with nougat or fig filled desserts (turron, fig Newton), or it can be a nice chaser for indian and turkish desserts.
